Support/Consulting Time
This time (hourly) covers any product support, project consulting, remote diagnostics, and remote software setup. It does not cover any engineering/parts design, which must be quoted depending on the project. For example, we can remote connect to your computer and help you setup your BMS and explain what everything does within the software, or troubleshoot faults.

It is recommended to contact us first to see availability, which you can do via the form below. Time is ordered as one hour blocks, with a one hour minimum. Unused time from a session cannot be refunded or cancelled, be sure to have your questions ready! Rescheduling without a 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the session.
