EV Heat Exchanger
This EV Heat Exchanger allows you to ‘chill’ your batteries and thermal system using air conditioning refrigerant like an OEM electric vehicle. Custom designed and manufactured by us, and you can’t find this item anywhere else. The coolant side of the heat exchanger are ⅜” barb fittings, and the A/C side are #10 O-Ring fittings. The body of the heat exchanger is 7 ½” x 2 ⅞” and 4 ⅞” tall, with an additional 1 ¼” height for the fittings.
Includes aluminum mounting brackets.

Our new Charger/DCDC combo unit features a 6.6kW charger and powerful 1.2kW DC/DC converter integrated into one beautiful liquid cooled enclosure. Liquid cooling provided by our universal high flow chill plate to ensure longer life of the internal components. Fitted with connectors that are easy to connect and work with.
Integrated CAN bus control of the charger, +12V enable for the DC/DC converter, and CAN bus information of the DC/DC.
Compatible with our Hawk-IoT telematics.
Available in 108VDC 60A and 144VDC 44A models.
Includes a pre-made AC Input harness (about 42"), signal harness (about 42"), and the mating 90° power connector plugs for the HV input.

Systems Control Module 2 (SCM2)

General Overview: The SCM is a centralized control module designed to save countless hours of time and effort while providing a clean factory look. It controls almost all aspects of your electric vehicle’s (EV) 12V system, and the way it interfaces with various high voltage (HV) components. The SCM is a great solution that simplifies the overall wiring of the vehicle.
Compatibility: The SCM is designed to be used with the popular EV conversion setup employing the HyPer 9 AC drive system by NetGain Motors, Orion BMS 2 by Ewert Energy Systems, TC/ElCon Battery Charger, TC/ElCon DC/DC, Hawkeye 6.6kW + 1.2kW Charger/DCDC Combo. CAN Bus Display Kit
This CAN bus display kit is all you need for your instrumentation! Designed with simplicity in mind, this kit is very easy to install with your Orion BMS and HyPer 9 Controller. 2 wires for 12V power, and 2 wires for CAN bus, and that's it! The kit includes the display, display controller box, display harness (3 ft), CAN bus harness (6 ft). The display controller will be programmed at a CAN baud rate of 250kbps by default. 125kbps and 500kbps can be programmed by request. For advanced users, the display controller can be reprogrammed to a different CAN speed over CAN bus.
The display has a main info screen, and an additional info screen as shown in the images above. You can toggle between the two by pressing anywhere on the display.
The 'Error' text in red will appear if there is an error present on either the HyPer controller or Orion BMS. The controller error will only appear if it is a stopping or blocking fault level code.
Our new 3.5E Series Display CNC Aluminum Case is available soon in limited quantities here. This Display Case is not included in the kit and is purchased separately.
We also have a HyPer 9 only version of this display. Please see the photos, and can be ordered from the drop down menu. The first two display screenshots are of the standard Orion BMS/HyPer controller version (standard), and the next two screenshots are the HyPer controller only version.

Universal Chill Plate
Our universal high flow chill plate has been designed for use with custom battery packs, and can be used on any liquid cooled battery box you're building. Beautifully machined, brazed, and polished 6061 aluminum which also gets pressure tested at the factory. We have designed this chill plate for our battery packs and battery chargers used in the heavy equipment industry - so rest assured, it's strong enough to handle it all. If you're hand drilling your holes, you may want to order our hole pattern aluminum template available HERE. The third image on this product page is the drawing of the hole spacing.
Mounting holes are 5/16" standard thread, and coolant ports are 1/4 NPT. Chill plate is 11x11" and 0.88" thick.
