This is by far, our favorite BMS currently on the market. The Orion BMS 2 is packed with so many features, has two CANbus channels, and has many inputs and outputs to interface with your vehicle. The Orion also has a great thermal management system, and we strongly recommend this BMS when using tesla modules or any other powerful lithium battery pack. There are also analog 0-5v outputs, diagnostic trouble codes, OBDII support, and a fully programmable CAN bus interface. If you are interested in the WiFi module add-on, or additional thermistor expansion modules, they are available in our store.

Cell Tap harnesses (6 or 12 foot available)
Main I/O harness (6 foot), this harness is not included if you order an SCM (supplied with the SCM)
Current sensor/thermistor harness (includes 8 thermistors 2 meters in length)
Current sensor available in 200A, 500A, 800A, and 1000A (inquire for 2000A size)
CANdapter for programming BMS system with PC
A cell tap validator tool is used to check your main cell tap connections when installing the BMS. We strongly recommend using one, please contact us for purchasing or rental options.
8 Thermistors are included on the current sensor/thermistor harness. If more are needed for your application, Thermistor Expansion Modules are available for purchase to greatly increase amount of thermistors. Please contact us if you are interested in that.
This BMS has integrated J1772 and CHAdeMO support, has extremely accurate pack State Of Charge and Pack Health, and supports up to two remote cell tap modules (can also be used to disperse BMS hardware setup, please contact us regarding this).

NOTE: Please read the 'purchasing guide' from Orion BMS prior to purchasing. It is recommended to read all BMS documentation and consult with a professional prior to purchasing. If your battery pack is split up, you may need a slightly larger BMS unit than what your battery pack calls for (i.e. 80 cells split in half across the car may need 96 cell unit).
